Wigan & Leigh Young People’s Playwriting Competition
Create a brand new short play up to 15 minutes long suitable for performance by 3 actors. The play should tackle the theme of “Newcomers” and winning entries will be performed by professional actors as part of the Words 2010 Festival on 10th April.
Wigan & Leigh CVS’s new project can provide information and support around volunteering to anyone in the borough and especially targets individuals living in the Super Output Areas and people with mental health issues, over the age of 25 and who are looking at volunteering as a step into future employment or training.
